With 17 years of sprint, olympic and half-ironman distance training and racing along with USATriathlon's Level 1 short and long-course coaching certification, I can create a training plan and sound coaching for any length triathlon for any level athlete.
I have learned from experience that with different types of racing come different training methods and goals, and this is something that I pay close attention to when I coach an athlete.

Monthly Race Specific Training:
When an athlete signs on with me for monthly triathlon coaching, whether it is for a specific race or a season of categorized (A, B, C) races, we create a comprehensive program, taking fitness, strength, technique and lifestyle into consideration. We create a plan in TrainingPeaks for the athlete to follow along with regular check-ins to make adjustments if necessary, discuss progress and talk nutrition & race strategy.
